I Wasn't 100% Vibrant

Yesterday, I felt slightly under the weather and when I am under the weather, I like to sleep extra hours (Unfortunately, I didn't do that and it took some extra effort to stay awake and carry out my daily tasks).

However, today I made up for it by getting that needed rest (You would be pleased to know that I am feeling way better now and that my vibrancy is somewhere around 97.5%).

I am happy that I made it a habit of mine to schedule my posts, because you would have been wondering if I was going to post today, or not.

Anyway, we should always pay attention to the signals that our bodies send us; it alerts us when something is not right; for example: if we are getting muscle cramps, it could mean that we are low on calcium, sodium, potassium or magnesium.

The important thing is: to listen to our bodies or we would end up being flat in bed (By then, we would have no choice but to listen).

So, don't feel badly if your body tells you that you need to rest more; it would be for your own benefit.
